A Stupid-Easy Recipe
What is the perfect thing to cook when it is seriously cold outside?
Soup.
And I am kinda in love with putting pasta in my soup. I’ve even been known to make my own noodles from time to time.
There is something so comforting….so hearty….about noodles in the soup.

What’s the difference between bone broth and beef broth?
You won’t notice a ton of difference in the flavor of bone broth vs regular broth. However, your body will be able to tell a difference because bone broth has a lot more nutrients.
Regular broth is made from simmering meat scraps. It is a thinner liquid, simmers for less time than bone broth, and may or may not be made from the bones.
Bone broth takes much longer to make. It involves simmering bones in water for 12-48 hours. This releases as many nutrients as possible into the broth, including collagen and gelatin. The prolonged simmering also makes the nutrients more bioavailable – meaning they are easier for our bodies to digest.
In fact, did you know that bone broth is essential for the keto diet? The glycine provides an essential balance for your keto diet.
This recipe uses Bare Bones beef bone broth. They are a small, family-owned business that makes and sells the most pure bone broth you will ever taste. The broth is made from 100% grass fed animals. It is Non GMO and Whole30 Approved.
How to Make the Easiest Vegetable Beef Soup Ever
I call this a “put the stuff in the pot and cook it” recipe. It’s so easy, even your kids can make it.
First you will need to brown the hamburger. I added a few splashes of worcestershire sauce and some diced garlic to the meat while it was browning. This infused it with flavor.
Then, I get a stock pot and fill it with one bag of Bare Bones beef bone broth, half a bag of frozen veggies, a cup of uncooked noodles, and a can of tomatoes (undrained).
I let that all boil and add the hamburger when it is fully cooked. I cover and boil the entire soup until the noodles are fully cooked.
That’s it!
How to Make Beef and Vegetable Soup Keto-Friendly
My version uses noodles. That is a huge “nope” for keto dieters. But this recipe can be perfect if you chop up some carrots, celery, add the bag of frozen veggies, and use fresh onion. Fill this soup with more veggies and remove the noodles and it is perfectly keto.
